Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles

From the creators of Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003), this series is set after the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991). After the sacrifices of Dr. Miles Dyson and T-800 Model 101 Terminator, the Connors find themselves once again being stalked by Skynet's agents from the future. Realizing their nightmare isn't over, they decide to stop running and focus on preventing the birth of Skynet. With the aid of Cameron Phillips, a beautiful girl who has a mysterious past also linked to the future; Derek Reese, a Tech-Com soldier from the future whose past is linked with the Connors; Riley, a beautiful schoolfriend of John; and FBI Agent James Ellison, who was assigned to capture the Connors but joins them after his own encounter with one of the machines. They begin a quest to stop the United States military and a shadowy conspiracy from the future from creating the program that will stop at nothing to bring humanity to an end.

Roasted Chicken (Family recipe)

Ingredients :

Ginger (Blend)
Garlic (Blend)
Black pepper
Honey
Salt
Oyster Sauce
Oregano
8 Chicken breast

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in plastic bag and store in fridge for about an hour (to make sure the chicken absorb the taste). Preheat the oven in 165 degree C. Coat a large roasting pan with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken in the pan. Cook about 30-35 min.
Serve for 5 -6 people.

Fish Soup

Bahan A:

Minyak masak
Cengkih
Bunga lawang
Buah pegaga
Kulit kayu manis
Bawang besar (dikisar)
Bawang putih (dikisar)
Lada hitam (jika tiada blh diganti dengan lada sulah atau cili padi)
Garam secukup rasa
Kiub ikan bilis

Bahan B:

Ikan merah 3 potong
1 liter Air
Celery

Cara memasak:

Tumis bahan-bahan A hingga garing. Masukkan air dan ikan. Biarkan hingga ikan masak. Masukkan celery. Biar selama 1-3 minit kemudian padamkan api.

Fried Rice

Serve for 3 peoples.

Ingredients A:

6 biji Bawang merah kecil
2 ulas Bawang putih
5 batang Cili padi
1 tbsp Belacan
Ikan bilis
Setengah Kiub ikan bilis
3 tbsp Minyak masak

Bahan B:

Telur 1 biji
Nasi 1 mangkuk
Garam secukup rasa

Cara-cara memasak:

Tumis bahan A hingga garing. Masukkan telur dan biar separuh masak. Setelah itu, masukkan nasi dan garam. Gaul hingga rata dan masak selama 7 minit.

Hot Sour Stingray

Bahan A (Dikisar):

3 biji bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
10 batang cili merah

Bahan B:

800g Stingray
1 liter air
minyak masak
1 sudu kunyit serbuk
3 keping asam / 1 sudu asam jawa cedok
garam secukup rasa



Cara membuat:

Panaskan minyak didalam periuk. Tumis bahan A hingga garing. Masukkan bahan B. Masak selama 25-30 minit atau sehingga ikan masak.
